NOTE: Shell Pearls are man made and made with a real shell nucleus with crushed pearl shell on the outside.  They are very resilient and long lasting and are to be cared for just the same as the cultured pearls ie no perfume and no showering or swimming in as this will necessitate more frequent re-stringing.
