"Love it or Exchange it" Return Policy
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY / POSTAGE / REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, No Problem! We have a "Love it OR Exchange it" Return Policy up to 120 days of purchase! That's right! As long as the item(s) are returned in their original packaging and are in their original condition with proof of purchase. All you need to do is to give us a call on CONTACT US. If the item has been worn and/or damaged however, we may not issue an exchange.

(Please note: If you do not send by tracking mail items may get lost. BROOME STAIRCASE DESIGNS will hereby not be held responsible for items lost in the mail by the Sender. We also ask the sender to forward the tracking number to us once in transit.
Easy in-store exchange Whether you bought it online or in-store, you can bring your item in-store to exchange it. It’s easy to do a straight exchange if you’re just swapping your item for one of a different size or colour. However, if it’s a different brand and/or value, you will be charged the extra.
Online exchange You can exchange your item for one of a different size or colour by sending it back and requesting an exchange. There will, however, be extra shipping and handling fees. If the item you’re exchanging it for is of a higher value, you’ll also be charged the extra.
Once a Customers purchase is on its way, it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser to then track and pick up the package. If it is lost in transit, then it will be the purchasers responsibility to contact Australia Post and follow their guidelines as to locating and retrieving the lost package. You can also CONTACT US for more options.
If the Customer has been given or chosen "Free Postage" or an eparcel Option for Postage the package will be tracked through Australia Post and you will receive an email in regard to the tracking ID. If the Customer has chosen "Express Post", then the Customer would have received an automated email containing the Express Post Tracking number when the purchase was fulfilled.
Please Note: Refunds will be issued for a manufacturing faults only.

Refunds will not be issued without the original sales receipt. If the original sales receipt is not available (for example, because you received the product as a gift or the original sales receipt has been lost by you), we will only offer an exchange.
Any refunds will generally be made in the form of the original payment. If, for any reason, this is not possible (e.g. expiry of credit card) it will be necessary to agree another method of refund.
We will use every commercially available and reasonable efforts to ensure that any refund will be made within seven (7) business days of receipt of the products by us at the return delivery address specified above.
Products purchased by you can be returned for repair or servicing by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org initially.
Other than in respect of a manufacturing fault, repairs of a product may incur a cost which will be relayed to the customer for instructions.
We guarantee the authenticity of all pearls purchased through our Online Store. A certificate of authenticity will be provided with all South Sea Pearls purchased.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage suffered or incurred by reason of or arising from or caused by breach of these terms and conditions, negligence, breach of statute or otherwise by us.
